LIFEgroups

What is a LIFEgroup?  LIFEgroups are small groups of people who share a common interest along with a desire to learn and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.  LIFEgroups are as diverse as our congregation is.  Whether doing a Bible study, playing basketball, or watching movies, it's about doing life together and having God at the center of it all.

Who can participate in a LIFEgroup?  Center City Church LIFEgroups are open to anyone in the church and community.  We encourage you to bring someone with you to one of our LIFEgroups.

Where do LIFEgroups meet?  LIFEgroups meet in various locations throughout the Marshfield Area. Most groups meet in homes although there are several, like the ministry teams, that meet at the church or other locations in the community.

When do LIFEgroups meet?  LIFEgroups meet at various times each week.  Some groups meet during the day and some during the evening; some groups meet weekly and others meet every other week or once a month.

How do I register for a LIFEgroup?  Registering for a specific LIFEgroup is easy and can be done by calling the group leader located in our LIFEgroup catalog, by filling out a connection card on a Sunday morning, or by clicking on the link on the bottom of the page.

Can I start/lead a LIFEgroup?  Yes!  LIFEgroup leaders must be a partner/member of Center City Church, complete the LIFEgroup Leader Orientation, and be at least 18 years of age.  Youth applicants (17 and under) must have an adult co-leader that has completed the above requirements.  The LIFEgroup Leader Orientation is offered at the beginning of every LIFEegroup semester.  This training is mandatory for those leading a group for the first time and those who have led one in the past.  Childcare is provided and a light lunch is served.  To find out more information on the next LIFEgroup Leader Orientation call the church office at 715.387.8600.
